GUNDOGS

The event is to celebrate the launch of our debut self released single 'Tokyo' which will be available to purchase online in digital format or cassette tape along with b-side track 'Lurcher'. We propose to have 4 bands playing, doors at 7:30pm, first band starting a 8pm in the games room.

Gundogs are a Post - Industrial Goth band from Leeds. Starting out with a simple aim to make dark, 80s reminiscent sounds, the band evokes the forgotten landscapes of goth and post punk music, likening them to Joy Division, Bauhaus and Killing Joke. They use cold, mechanical drums, smudging guitars, playful synths and menacing bass lines to conjure up lasting songs, subtly aided by ghosting lyrics that take listeners on journey full of post-punk and gothic themes.
