By the time these shows take place it will be nearly 2½ years since Shellac last toured the UK. And yes, the band continued to “Rock”, touring Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand & the US during this time.

A few band milestones have been smashed since the band last played here

Everyone is now married Todd has now officially outlived Jon Bonham The band released their 5th Studio Album “Dude Incredible” on Touch & Go Records and the kids loved it. Bob turned 50 but doesn’t want to talk about it Steve still just has better hair than Butch Vig Letterman called it day & Bob recorded the final few shows to his DVR in tribute

These 3 dates will form part of a short exclusive European tour.

The band’s actual first show of 2016 will be in San Francisco opening for Neurosis (who are currently celebrating their 30th year) on Saturday 5th March 2016 at the Regency Ballroom. Show is sold out.

The band will also play Chicago’s Bottom Lounge on the 30th of March, then Gabe’s Oasis in Iowa City on the 31st of March, finishing up a short US midwest run on the 1st of April at First Avenue in Minneapolis.
